The Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates witnessed a significant event, where the European-Arab Friendship Association signed a cooperation and understanding memorandum with the Arab Network for Creativity and Innovation. The signing took place during a grand ceremony attended by a large number of influential Arab figures in the fields of politics, economics, society, science, and inventions.

The ceremony was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Faisal bin Saud Al Qasimi, the Supreme President of the Network, with a heartfelt speech in which he addressed the objectives and strategic vision of the network. He explained how the network was meticulously planned to be a pioneering project aiming for development and excellence on a global scale.

Following him was Mr. Omro Moussa, President of the Arab World Congress for Innovation and former Secretary-General of the Arab League.

Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, Chairman of the Network's Board of Trustees, delivered a speech, followed by Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aal, Chairman of the Network's Board, and Mr. Fahd Al-Amleh, the Network's Secretary-General, who spoke about the ambition to overcome challenges and support innovators in all fields.

At the conclusion of the event, His Highness Sheikh Faisal bin Saud Al Qasimi honored Mr. Franco Omeich, President of the European-Arab Friendship Association, along with other distinguished figures, with a commemorative shield in recognition of their efforts in serving their community on the occasion of the agreement signings.
